To take an advanced level course, you much provide proof of at least three three intermediate levels (including unarmed) at merit or above, examined by an Equity recognised exam board.
Taught by an Equity Fight Director, and apprentice teachers from the ACTT, this three-day intensive training course is designed with actors and performers in mind; you will learn and develop your ability to learn and perform combat and violent actions safely and effectively.
At Advanced level, we pursue higher levels of characterisation and realism within violence, whilst developing our physical abilities to perform more challenging movements and choreographies. We push into specifics of history, martial arts and strategy, and deliver those stories clearly to an audience. With this course, we will be focusing in on the mysterious subject of Destreza and the Spanish Circle - the unparalleled aura and effortlessness look of this system is a real challenge for an advanced performer.
Examined by ACTT; all qualifications earned are Spotlight accredited
